What modules can a golf club turn on?

The club's own website, a live salesroom for auctions, Presence for who is on site, the ballot Studio and the events diary, with clubhouse displays alongside them. Each is a module the club turns on, reading and writing the records the rest of the system already holds.

The facts

• The club's website: visitor bookings, society enquiries and member login on one spine.
• The salesroom: a live auction with proxy bidding, released for one club's event in September 2026. Bidders are registered by the club, never by themselves.
• Presence: a live panel of gate events and plate search, assigning a plate to a member. ClubOS reads the gate; it cannot open one.
• The ballot: a prototype Studio, not a shipped draw engine.
• Events: function sheets with rooms, run sheet, catering, billing, deposits and who is coming.
• Clubhouse displays: leaderboards, pace of play and course status with scene presets, drawn from the same data.
• In design at the App Library: agronomy, compliance and access control.

How Paralo does it

A high-end club does not need everything on day one, and a nine-hole club should not pay for a salesroom. Each module reads and writes the records the rest of the system already holds, so turning one on adds a screen rather than a second database. The club sets the shape of its own week, and everyone can see what the shape is.
