Everything else
Clubhouse screens, the modules you turn on, your club's own rules, and straight answers.
Everywhere
The club, present without intruding.
Leaderboards on the clubhouse screens, the club's own website, the events diary, a live salesroom for the auction. All drawn from the same data the general manager is looking at.
Modules
Turned on, one at a time.
The club's own website, a live salesroom, who is on site, the ballot and the events diary. Each one is a module the club turns on, reading and writing the records the rest of the system already holds.
- The club's website. Designed, built and maintained in-house, not a template. Visitor bookings, society enquiries and member login share one spine with the club system.
- The salesroom. A live salesroom with proxy bidding, released for one club's event. Bidders are registered by the club, never by themselves.
- Presence. Who is on site now, from arrivals at the gate through to the first tee. ClubOS reads the gate; it cannot open one.
- The ballot. A prototype Studio only: a rule written as a sentence, a painted calendar, and a run-through. No engine, no tables, no ClubOS screen.
- Events. Function sheets: rooms, run sheet, catering, billing and who is coming, for every event the club runs.
- In design at the App Library: Agronomy, Compliance, Access control.
Your club
More itself.
Rules a member can read. Turns the engine derives rather than guesses. Pace shown rather than hidden. The club sets the shape of its own week, and everyone can see what the shape is.
Craft
Built in-house. Hosted in the UK.
Paralo is Jarrad Hicks and Zaheer Merali. The product is built from scratch and maintained in-house, one system rather than modules bolted onto old software. Your data stays in the UK.
- Who builds it. Jarrad Hicks and Zaheer Merali. Paralo Ltd, founded 2026, registered in England and Wales.
- Backing. We raised £270,000 in an oversubscribed pre-seed in August 2026, and we are deploying with one of the UK's leading private golf clubs as an early design partner.
- How it is built. From scratch as one integrated system, not legacy software with bolt-on modules.
- Where your data lives. Hosted in the UK, encrypted, never shared. If you leave, we export everything. No lock-in.
- Moving across. Most clubs are live within 4 to 6 weeks. We handle the migration from your current provider and run both systems in parallel until you are confident.
- Your website. If your current provider has one, we build a better one and migrate the content, free. Paralo can be your club's website, or work alongside the one you have.

Questions clubs ask
What does Paralo cost?
We price per club, not per member. No per-transaction fees, no hidden charges. Book a walkthrough and we will give you a clear quote within 24 hours.
How is this different from what we run today?
We will only speak for what we have built. Paralo was built from scratch as one integrated system: tee sheet, competitions, membership, EPOS and finance share one database, and the native iPhone and Apple Watch apps are ours. We price per club, not per member, with no per-transaction fees. Your data is hosted in the UK and exported in full if you leave. Put that beside what you run today and judge it yourself.
How long does migration take?
Most clubs are live within 4 to 6 weeks. We handle the data migration from your current provider, so you do not need to export anything by hand, and we run both systems in parallel until you are confident.
What happens to our data?
Your data is yours. Hosted in the UK, encrypted, and never shared. If you ever leave Paralo, we export everything for you. No lock-in.
What about our existing website?
If your current provider has one, we will build a better one and migrate the content, for free. Paralo can be your club's website too, or it works alongside what you already have.
We play 27 holes and run a ballot. Can Paralo handle that?
Clubs are built with 18 holes over two nines, 27 over three, 36, 45 or 54 over more, and the tee sheet plans a day from the club's nines. The day it plans today is 18 holes over two nines or 27 as three rotations over three nines, off the 1st, 10th and 19th tees, and it derives every turn time from the start and the group size rather than asking anyone to type one. A day of 36 or 54 holes is not a shape it takes yet. The ballot is a prototype Studio: the rule is written as a sentence and painted onto the calendar, and there is no draw engine behind it yet. Bring your week to a walkthrough and we will show you exactly where the line falls.
What about societies and visitor green fees?
Built in. Visitors book and pay online before they arrive. Societies get a dedicated booking flow. Your pro shop team stops fielding phone calls.
Can members book tee times through the app?
Yes. Members can book, modify and cancel tee times in the Paralo app, with push notification confirmations.
Does Paralo support Apple Watch?
Yes, with GPS distances to greens and hazards, shot tracking, and live scoring from the wrist.
Does Paralo work on Android?
The member app is on iPhone and Apple Watch today. An Android app is in progress on the same design and data, and feature parity is the roadmap. The club management dashboard works on any modern browser.
Is Paralo available outside the UK?
Currently focused on UK private member clubs, with full WHS compliance. International expansion is planned.
