What is Paralo?

Paralo is a UK golf club management platform: one system for the tee sheet, competitions and live scoring, membership, EPOS and finance, with a member app on iPhone and Apple Watch, and an Android app in progress. It is built from scratch as one product for UK private members' clubs and hosted in the UK.

The facts

• Paralo Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16920170.
• Founded in 2026 by Jarrad Hicks, chief executive, and Zaheer Merali, chief technology officer.
• £270,000 raised in an oversubscribed pre-seed round in August 2026, £250,000 of it under SEIS, at a £3 million pre-money valuation.
• Initial focus is the UK and Ireland, with full WHS compliance. International expansion is planned.

How Paralo does it

The club side is ClubOS: Today, the tee sheet, competitions, members, EPOS, finance, comms, events, visitors, displays and an API. The member side is the app on iPhone with an Apple Watch companion, and an Android app in progress on the same design and data. They are one system, so the complexity sits underneath the product rather than with the golfer or the club team.
