How does golf club software handle WHS handicaps?

Scores are submitted automatically when the card is returned, the playing conditions calculation is applied, and handicap indexes sync to WHS when the competition closes. Nobody types a score into a second system.

The handicap is not a separate errand. A card returned from the phone is the row on the leaderboard, the score in the competition and the index that syncs when the competition closes, from one record rather than three.
